Activity Center

It is our goal to eliminate the three plagues of the long-term care institution: Loneliness, Helplessness, and Boredom. We believe that nursing homes should be a human habitat for the people that reside in them. Through the use of animals, plants and children’s programs we are able to provide the Environment.

Religious opportunities are available for the residents as well. Every Sunday, there is a short, nondenominational church service. Communion is served every Thursday. There are also periodic Bible reading activities.

The residents, their families, and children from the community all take part in holiday parties throughout the year. Whether it be Halloween, Christmas, Easter, or the Fourth of July, it is never too long for wholesome family fun!

Our staff is always open to suggestions and eagerly looking for new activities that involve our resients. If you have any ideas or would like to volunteer, please feel free to contact us at:
